The systematization and representation of geographic information comprises a set of theoretical and methodological knowledge that provides an understanding of the evolution of geographic information, mainly from the end of the Middle Ages to the present day. The importance of geographic information for the human sciences, as well as for other areas, leads society to identify how this information was processed in the way it is today, imbued with a lot of technique, diversity of knowledge, objects of study and objectives, such as the technological development of scientific and informational means and their technologies, as well as their formalization for social, economic, political and environmental use. Along with them, we can note the evolution of geographic knowledge itself and its contribution to the formation of a more humanized society that enables the inclusion of individuals/citizens in the globalized world and in the inhabited space.
2025-03-19T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Gênero e Interdisciplinaridadehttps://periodicojs.com.br/index.php/gei/article/view/2454THE SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL CRITICISM OF GREEK CLASSICAL PHILOSOPHERS2025-03-19T14:48:21-03:00Cloves Barbosaperiodicojs@gmail.comArmando Wilson Tafner Juniorperiodicojs@gmail.com
This paper introduce the them about relationship between classics greeks philosophy thing and social problems view. AI emerges as a potential tool to transform various sectors, including health, education, and agriculture, in countries like Angola. Although the current context presents many opportunities, it also faces significant challenges, such as insufficient infrastructure, the need for capacity building, and lack of regulation. The research aims to understand the impact of AI in critical sectors and evaluate the conditions for its effective adoption. The methodology used involves a systematic bibliographic review of programs, articles, books and reports, with a focus on recent publications. This study uses a qualitative research based on interpretative analysis of data obtained from various sources, including websites, libraries, and national organizations, allowing for the articulation of existing studies on the topic and understanding the reality of AI in developing countries. Overall, the negative impacts may include dependence on technological companies and infrastructure from developed countries, inequality in access to technologies, and ethical and regulatory challenges. Among the study’s limitations are the lack of specific data on AI implementation in Angola and inequality in access to technology between urban and rural areas.
2025-03-19T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Gênero e Interdisciplinaridadehttps://periodicojs.com.br/index.php/gei/article/view/2456PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW2025-03-19T14:48:15-03:00Homero de Giorge Cerqueiraperiodicojs@gmail.com
This article addresses the philosophical and legal foundations of Environmental Law, exploring the contributions of classical and contemporary thinkers who have enriched the debate on environmental protection. With the advancement of ethics and legal thought, several works have gained prominence, such as those of Hans Jonas, who emphasizes responsibility towards future generations; Ronald Dworkin, who discusses the normative force of legal principles applicable to the environment; and Ulrich Beck, who investigates the challenges imposed by modernity and the need for effective policies to mitigate ecological impacts. A critical analysis of the thinking of these and other authors, such as Jürgen Habermas and Hans Kelsen, reveals a gap in the practical application of their principles in the formulation of environmental policies and standards. This study proposes a reflection on the translation of philosophical concepts into robust legal guidelines, highlighting the relevance of intergenerational responsibility and the mechanisms of legal coercion in the scope of environmental law. By exploring these dimensions, the article seeks to contribute to a solid theoretical basis that supports the effective protection of the environment in contemporary times.
2025-03-19T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Gênero e Interdisciplinaridadehttps://periodicojs.com.br/index.php/gei/article/view/2459ENGAGED MUSICAL LEADERSHIP AIMED AT TRANSFORMATIONS IN SOCIAL PROJECTS2025-04-01T10:50:33-03:00Rejane Harderperiodicojs@gmail.comHeloísa Feichasinfo@periodicojs.com
The research reported here aimed to verify whether, and in what manner, music educators in the context of two social projects in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, demonstrated in their teacher/student interactions characteristics of an engaged musical leadership, aiming at social transformations and creative learning. The research, of a qualitative nature, used the case study method, with the field research consisting of on-site observation of the activities in the referred projects. The research techniques consisted of observation and semi-structured interviews. The bibliographical research addressed engaged musical leadership with an emphasis on creative learning and the social impact of music making as a theoretical basis. From the interactions with the leaders and other actors of the projects studied, as well as the analysis of videos and documents, it was possible to identify in both, elements that indicate the presence of an engaged musical leadership, which aims at the social transformation of the project members and the existence of creative teaching and learning processes in their classes and musical and extramusical activities. The responses from the interviews, as well as the observations made and analyzed in light of the theoretical basis, led to the conclusion that much more can be done to prepare music teachers to work in social projects. The involvement with this research, as well as the conclusions from it, led to the idea of implementing pedagogical actions in undergraduate music courses in the form of disciplines and extension activities that involve the immersion of students in the community.
2025-04-01T00:00:00-03:00Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Gênero e Interdisciplinaridade
