Resumo

This literature review article explores the intersection between technical training and economic inclusion, focusing on educational strategies aimed at underrepresented populations. We analyze the structural barriers that have historically limited these populations’ access to professional qualification and investigate how inclusive educational models can act as catalysts for sustainable economic development and social mobility. The discussion ranges from the theoretical foundations of social exclusion and educational justice to the presentation of effective pedagogical strategies and public policies, such as micro-credentials, multisectoral partnerships, and holistic support. Empirical evidence is presented to demonstrate the transformative impact of technical training in reducing inequalities and promoting equitable opportunities in the labor market.
