FROM ADVERSARIAL LABOR LAW TO PRODUCTIZED PREVENTIVE COMPLIANCE: A CASE STUDY ON METHODOLOGY AND TECHNOLOGY IN LABOR RISK MANAGEMENT

Abstract

This Technical Report presents an independent, documentary evaluation of the professional trajectory, methodological contribution, and prospective U.S. economic impact of Ari Lopes Ribeiro, principal of the planned enterprise Ribeiro Corporate Risk Solutions LLC.
