Abstract
This portfolio presents a collection of texts in review format that address topics related to the health professional, more specifically the nursing professional, the nurse, in view of the safety and maintenance of the worker's health. In order to give nurses even more visibility, texts were developed based on regulatory norms, documentaries, videos and articles aimed at nursing, health and safety at work. The materials used for the productions are entirely from the course classes, which discussed topics related to health, such as occupational nursing, which points out the competencies and skills of nurses, worker health, risk map, DSS (Social Determinants da Saúde), National Worker and Worker Health Policy, PPE, as well as regulatory norms, NR-4, which establishes guidelines for the SESMT (Specialized Service in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine), NR- 6, which deals with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), NR-9, regulatory standard of the PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program), NR-17, with emphasis on Ergonomics, NR-32, which concerns health professionals, and others. In short, the portfolio covers knowledge about studies and norms aimed at workers' rights, the promotion of health and safety at work, accident prevention, among other measures in favor of maintaining workers' health.
