Educating in the Amazon: Practices and Experiences of Management in Basic Education in the Transamazonian and Xingu regions.

Abstract

This work brings together accounts and analyses of school management practices in the Amazon, articulating theory and experience. It highlights management as a social practice marked by challenges, inequalities, and public policies. It presents initiatives that strengthen participation, learning, and the holistic development of students. It contributes to a critical understanding of the transformative role of educational management.
