Abstract
In recent years, teaching in the health sector has been undergoing a process of readaptation and discussions with the aim of enabling more appropriate training for the increasingly demanding job market. Therefore, it is of great importance to rethink the pedagogical proposals in order to program them in the aforementioned aspects, enabling a more humanizing, autonomous and conscious training, in such a way that they are prepared for the challenges imposed by their profession. , the teacher’s stance must be methodically revisited, with the aim of avoiding inconsistencies, noticeable to the people targeted by the action. Therefore, the creation of active methodologies is fundamental in the health education process aimed at seeking self-care for the population through conversation circles, active listening, sharing and the inverted method, in which they talk about a certain topic.
