CONTROL REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY BRAZIL AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE ECONOMY OF CITY OF THE EAST

Abstract

The economic activities in the Border Cities have been characterized by being purely Commercial, thus establishing a vigorous development of the same more than 2 decades ago, the importation of electronic and computer products with low tax rates, make the foreign tourist buyer have the opportunity of acquiring these products, despite this vigorous trade was gradually affected by controls carried out by neighboring countries, we could say that Brazil is a partner country and brother at the same time of the commercial development of the borders, however since the Government has promulgated of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Law 12.723 / 2012 that promotes the creation of Free Zones in Municipalities of the Borders, called TWIN CITIES, and its exaggerated controls of the entities of the Brazilian State on the Borders, have discouraged tourists from the neighboring country who travel to our borders to make their purchases, this entails a slowdown in the local economy, causing multiple layoffs and business closures, etc. Considering the above, we find a social problem that this entails and motivates us to question ourselves: What are the control regulations adopted by Brazil and the economic impact that this generates on the economy of East City?
