Abstract

Introduction: Childcare is the comprehensive follow-up of the child, which takes place in a multidisciplinary and wide-ranging manner, addressing all biopsychosocial aspects aimed at the family and the child. Childcare collectively is a new strategy that unites all professionals, seeking to streamline the process of caring for and integrating children. Objective: scientific articles about collective childcare. Methodology: Study of literature review, with thorough reading of publications, referring to collective childcare and all its relevant aspects in childhood. The research consisted of 10 publications, which were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The articles chosen were publications from 2016 to 2020, available in full form, in the databases of the Online Electronic Scientific Library (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and Google Scholar. Results: the researches found were organized by: title, objectives, methodology and results referring to a collective childcare. It was realized the importance of carrying out this methodology, which provided: greater child contact, socialization, integration in health, multiprofessionality and continuity of care in a different and active way. With a scientific basis, it was understood that this way of carrying out childcare is something different, and that the child’s health needs this process with other children of his age group, or even beyond. It is considered relevant, the participation of all health professionals in this service, considers the unification of knowledge, in favor of child care. Final Considerations: It is concluded that studies with this theme should be encouraged. In addition, health professionals need to seek the realization of these practices in primary care, qualified qualified care. It is essential, there are health education actions, so that the families of the children accompanied, can understand the importance of this moment so enriching for the growth of child development.
